I know I know I'm a pain in the ass.

I decided to open up my blog again. As training progresses I find that I actually do have time to blog and to read blogs. I miss it.  I am also in a much better place health wise and feel more confident about my blog posts and training. I want to share my experiences with other athletes and read about theirs. That's all. Happy training!
