This is going to be quick because I am busy at work.
I am so happy that I was able to do 7:01s with very little speed work. This gives me high hopes of getting a lot faster for this year. This race was a great starting point. Very satisfied. If they had done age groups I would have been first 40 and up. Yeehaa!!
