I completed my longest brick workout in history to date today. I biked for an hour at a moderatly hard pace then ran 4 miles. It felt GOOD! I like this tri training. I feel as though I'm healthier because I'm becoming more toned. Now, if I could just decide on when and where to put this to the test.
