Training season has just begun. I feel great within my workouts. They feel very doable and I can push myself but not to hard.
Just came back from Aruba where I had lots and lots of naps. I ate wonderful food, shopped till I dropped, and exercised about :45-1:00 5 times per week. It was so awesome!
I'm currently reading the Shack. It's really a fiction but someone actually claims the story to be true. It's up to you to believe it or not.
Today I ran 45 min. with Maureen and Maria then swam for 45 minutes.
I feel as though all of my ducks are in a row and I will just cruise through this training. I might eat those words one day but that IS how I feel now. I'm sure it's naive.
